For health and safety reasons, as well as industry regulations, all products sold by Joyce Vapes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
Vape products (e-liquids, disposable vapes, cartridges, and hardware).
Consumable goods, including edibles, tinctures, and oils.
Personal-use items such as pipes, grinders, rolling papers, and accessories.
Any opened or used products.
Items that are damaged due to user error.
In the rare case that an item arrives defective or damaged due to shipping, please inspect your order upon arrival. If an issue is identified, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Claims for damaged or defective items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and any resolutions are at our sole discretion.
All discounted and promotional items are final sale.
